Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hall Bookings:

  1. Cancellation by the Customer: a. If a customer cancels a hall booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event, a refund will be provided. b. If a customer cancels a hall booking within 7 days of the scheduled event or fails to attend, no refund will be issued.

  2. Cancellation by the Venue: a. In the unlikely event that the venue needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable reasons, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

  3. Change of Event Date: a. If a customer wishes to reschedule the event to an alternative date, subject to availability, it may be accommodated without any additional charges. b. The rescheduled date should be within six (6) months from the original event date. c. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the original event date.

  4. Refund Processing: a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation. b. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial booking.

  5. Non-Refundable Situations: a. The following situations are considered non-refundable: i. Cancellation or changes made by the customer that do not comply with the stated cancellation policy. ii. Any breach of the terms and conditions agreed upon during the booking process.
